The new ShortStack Power Amplifier is loaded with easy-to-use features designed to support Satellite Communications. Included is a large Surface Acoustic Wave graphical LCD color touch screen to simplify status monitoring and to receive commands, an adjustment wheel to allow easy parameter entry and a flush-mounted emergency switch located on the main control panel to remove high voltage. The ShortStack's 'Status at a Glance' high-resolution metering combines the best features of analog and digital displays. The operator quickly develops an intuitive picture for normal operating parameters so only a glance re-affirms that all operations are at optimum performance. Easy-to-use and easy-to-install, the ShortStack KPA packs the power, convenience and reliability of standard or MSDC tubes in a compact, lightweight unit.

Also featured in the TriPoint Global booth is the Company's High Value LT 3000 Series Up/Down Converter. The single rack dual stage synthesized up/down converter operates at 950 to 1525 MHz in its standard mode and at 1450 to 1750 MHz with options. Additional features include GUI Virtual Front Panel, LNB and SSPB Support and VSAT Component Support. The unit's user-programmable, non-volatile memory supports multi-satellite operation.
