International sales
unit will complement TriPoint Global’s market presence
NEWTON, NC: TriPoint Global
Communications, Inc. (TriPoint Global) announced today it has
acquired one hundred percent (100%) of the stock of Channel Master
International GmbH.
Terms of the agreement were not
disclosed. Headquartered in Pforzheim, Germany, Channel Master
International GmbH engages in business development for satellite
communications customers in Europe, Africa, the Middle East, China
and the South Pacific region.
Marvin Shoemake, Executive Vice
President for Sales at TriPoint Global, said, “Adding Channel Master
International’s sales team to ours will allow TriPoint Global to
quickly expand its global sales coverage to emerging markets with
experienced and knowledgeable sales people.” TriPoint Global is a
